 Introduction: Advanced QuickBooks is the accounting software with which an accountant can record and easy handle all types of daily financial operation and generates all types of financial reports. It is easy to use and help use using and saving time with quality of the financial report once we could manage the system. The QuickBooks system is becoming very popular among small business, multi business, and non-government organization and companies around the world. It is a multi-featured program that allow user to design/create and produce many functions of accounting and bookkeeping as well as General Journal; General Ledger; Trail Balance; Income and expenditure reports (profit and loss statements); Balance sheet statement; Budget monitoring reports by Account/Donors/Programs); bank reconciliation; Cash advance monitoring; Analyzing financial data;  sale report, cost per goods sold, inventory, Human Resource, Organizing and structuring the bookkeeping of your organization ensuring and promote effectiveness & efficiency of procedures and reliable financial reports to meet the needs & respond to management and donors requirements.

Training Goal: The QuickBooks accounting System is designed to equip the participants with the basic and advanced skills on the accounting software so they could produce the financial report in compliance with the development partner or management level.

  • Set up and manage QuickBooks system by clearly defining and monitoring budgets;
  • Export QuickBooks reports and forms to Ms. Excels and PDF

  •  Install QuickBooks software 
    Setup preferences   
    Create chart of accounts
  • Create item list, vender list, customer list, employee list….
  • Create inventory list,
  • Create return and inventory
  • -Create Purchase Order
  • Purchase Journal, Purchase return and inventory
  • Purchase discount
  • Create Sale Order, Sale Journal, Sale Return, and inventory
  • Setup payroll (Salary, Wage, Overtime, Turn,….)
  •  Recording economic transaction in QuickBooks as followings:
-             Expenditure (payment)
-             Grant income/received from Donors
-             Cash Advance from staff
-             Cash Advance settlement
-             Monthly payroll recording
-             Fund transferred  & Adjustment entries
-             Cash advance to other donors
-             Cash advance and clearance Management.

  • Prepare financial reports by budget line of program:
